Recording Customer Complaint details

Select the “Customer Complaint” tab in the “Record Warranty Evaluation & Disposition" page.
Enter the following.
Customer Complaint |
Specifics of the complaint on the part. |
Recorded by Emp # |
The identification number of the employee who recorded the complaint on the part. Note: This field is mandatory, if you have provided customer complaint. Help facility available |
Recorded Date |
The date on which the employee recorded the complaint on the part. Note: This field is mandatory, if you have provided the employee #/code. |
The “Customer Complaint” tab displays the following.
Employee Name |
The name of the employee who recorded the customer complaint. |
Click the “Save” pushbutton to save the recorded details.
To proceed
Select the “Warranty Evaluation” tab to record complete evaluation details.
Select the “Warranty Recommendation” tab to record complete recommendation details.
