The “Analyze Flight Mapping” activity allows mapping aircraft virtually to Trip # based on the aircraft data like cumulative flying hours and flying cycles calculated using the flight schedule details. You can unassign the aircraft mapped to the Trip #. You can also swap between two aircraft and plan maintenance activity for the aircraft using this page.

The “Analyze Flight Mapping” page appears.

Display Options

Use the drop-down list box to display options as one of the following:

  • A/C Reg # - Select this option to retrieve the flight schedule details of the aircraft.

  • Trip # - Select this option to retrieve the Trip #.

By default, the system displays “Trip #”.

Parameter

Use the drop-down list box to select the parameter for the aircraft or Trip #, based on the display options selected. The system lists the following values:

  • FH - Select this option to retrieve the expected flying hours corresponding to the aircraft / Trip #, based on the display options.

  • FC - Select this option to retrieve the expected flying cycles corresponding to the aircraft / Trip #, based on the display options.

If the ‘Display Options’ is selected as “A/C Reg #”, the system lists following values in addition to the above values:

  • TSN - Select this option to retrieve the expected cumulative TSN (Time Since New) value of the aircraft, based on the display options.

  • CSN - Select this option to retrieve the expected cumulative CSN (Cycles Since New) of the aircraft, based on the display options.

By default, the system displays “FH”.

Display Month

Use the drop-down list box to select the calendar month for which you wish to retrieve the flight schedule details of the aircraft. The system lists the months 'mmm' format followed by year in 'yy' format. (E.g. "May14", "Jun14’, etc). All the flight schedules available for the month selected here are displayed in this month.

By default, the system displays the current month.

The system displays the following in the multiline:

Trip #

The Trip # used in the flight schedules. This field is displayed in the multiline, only if the ‘Display Options’ is set as “Trip #”.

A/C Reg #

The aircraft registration number of the aircraft. This field is displayed in the multiline, only if the ‘Display Options’ is set as “A/C Reg #”.

1 to 31 (Date-wise schedule details)

The flight schedule details / mapping details of the aircraft selected are displayed date-wise for the selected ‘Display Month’, in different columns in the multiline. Example:

  • If the Display Month selected is February, 29 columns are displayed in the multiline for leap year and 28 columns if not leap year.

  • If the Display Month selected is April, June, September or November, 30 columns are displayed in the multiline.

  • If the Display Month selected is January, March, May, July, August, October or December, 31 columns are displayed.
