In this page, you can record any remarks / notes against an aircraft for a selected date. On entering the notes against an aircraft, an ‘asterisk’ (*) representing the notes is displayed at the end of the value displayed in the multiline for the selected aircraft and date. The notes entered can be deleted, if required.
Select the “Notes” tab.
Enter the following details:

Aircraft Reg # |
Use the drop-down list box and select the aircraft for which notes are to be recorded. The system list all the ‘Active’ "Aircraft Reg #" defined in the “Aircraft” business component. Mandatory. By default, the system leaves the field blank. |

Date |
The date on which you wish to record notes against the aircraft. Mandatory. |

Notes |
Any remarks / notes to be recorded against the aircraft. |

Swap Aircraft |
Use the drop-down list box and select the aircraft registration number which is to be swapped. The system list all the ‘Active’ "Aircraft Reg #" defined in the “Aircraft” business component. Data entry in this field mandatory, if Mapping Type is selected as “Swap”. For other Mapping Types, you must not select any value in this field. By default, the system leaves the field blank. |
Click the “Save” pushbutton to record note against the aircraft.
On entering notes against an aircraft for a particular date, the data displayed in the corresponding cell is appended with ‘*’ at the end. For Example, if notes are entered for an aircraft ‘F-OHJS' on 25/06/2014 and saved, the respective cell in the multiline is displayed as ‘F2 72 (7:37) *’ against the aircraft ‘F-OHJS'.
Click the “Delete” pushbutton to delete the notes recorded against the aircraft.
On deleting the note entered, ‘*’ appended to the value displayed will not be displayed anymore.
To proceed carry out the following:
Select the "Mapping" tab to map an aircraft.
