Identify Resolution Procedures – A summary of the activity
The “Identify Resolution Procedure” activity allows you to identify the resolution procedure or the remedial action that must be executed for the reported discrepancy or maintenance report.
When discrepancies are reported in the Journey Log or Technical Log, they are processed into a maintenance report. Once maintenance reports are created, resolution procedures are identified for the discrepancies.
You can search for discrepancies or maintenance reports in this activity. You can select multiple discrepancies and create a single maintenance report for all of them. Once this is done, you can identify the relevant resolution procedure.
Note: A maintenance report must be created before identifying the resolution procedure.
