Viewing the maintenance forecast details
This page helps you to view the details of the maintenance forecast done on the planning objects.
Select the "View Forecast Details" link in the “Select Forecast” page. Alternatively, click the hyperlinked forecast number in the multiline of the same page.
The “View Forecast details ” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. If the format is not defined, the system will display the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following in the “Forecast Criteria” group box:
Planner Group |
The number identifying the planner group which creates the forecast for the planning object. |
Description |
The textual description of the planner group. |
Planner Category |
The category to which the planner belongs. |
Planning Object Type |
The type of the planning object which could be "Part #", "Component #", "ATA #" or "Component Family". |
Start Date |
The starting date of the forecast generated for the planning object. |
End Date |
The ending date of the forecast generated for the planning object. |
The system displays the following in the “Forecast Details” group box.
Forecast # |
The number identifying the forecast generated for the planning object. |
Category |
The user-defined category to which the forecast belongs. |
Re Forecast Count |
The number of times the forecast details have been modified. |
User Status |
The user status associated with the forecast. |
Status |
The status of the forecast, which can be “Fresh”, “Released” or “Cancelled”. |
Comments |
Any additional comments pertaining to the forecast. |
Forecast User Defined Detail 1 |
Additional details defined by the user regarding the forecast. |
Forecast User Defined Detail 2 |
Additional details defined by the user regarding the forecast. |
The system displays the following in the “Summary Of Component Arisings” multiline:
ATA # |
The ATA chapters for which forecast has been generated. |
Chapter Description |
The textual description of the ATA chapter. |
No. Of Components |
The number of components associated with the ATA chapter, for which forecast has been generated. |
Check the box in the select column of the multiline to select the component arisings.
To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the "View Planner Group Details" link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the planner group of the planning object.
Select the "View Forecast Summary" link at the bottom of the page to view the summary of the forecast.
Select the "Inquire Forecast Details" link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the forecast.
Select the "View Generated Work Scope Details" link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the work scopes generated on the maintenance activity.
The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:
Created by |
The name of the user who created the forecast. |
Created Date |
The date on which the forecast was created. |
Last Modified by |
The name of the user who last modified the forecast. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the forecast was last modified. |
Released by |
The name of the user who had released the forecast. |
Released Date |
The date on which the forecast has been released. |
