Viewing planner group details

This page allows you to view the details of the planner group. The information regarding the employees associated to the planner group is displayed.

Select the "View Planner Group Details" link in the “Select Planner Group” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked planner group number in the multiline of the same page.

The "View Planner Group Details" page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the "Planner Group Details" group box:

Planner Group	The number identifying the planner group for which the details are displayed.
Description	The textual description of the planner group.
Planner Category	The user-defined category to which the planner group belongs.
User Defined 1	Any user-defined detail regarding planner group.
Comments	Any remark or comment regarding planner group.
Maint. Operator #	The number identifying the maintenance operator of the planner group.

The system displays the following fields in the "User Details" multiline:

User Name	The user ID of the person associated to the planner group
Employee #	The code of the employee
Employee Name	The name of the employee
Remarks	Any remark regarding employee association

To proceed, carry out the following:

Select the "View Associated Planning Objects" link at the bottom of the page to view the associated planning object information.
