This page helps you to view the details of the work scopes generated on the maintenance forecast based on the work scope details provided.

The “View Generated Work Scope Details” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. If the format is not defined, the system will display the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Forecast Details” group box:

Forecast #

The number identifying the forecast generated for the planning object.

Status

The status of the forecast.

Forecast Category

The user-defined category to which the forecast belongs.

User Status

The user status associated with the forecast.

Start Date

The starting date of the forecast generated for the planning object.

End Date

The ending date of the forecast generated for the planning object.

Planner Group

The number identifying the planner group that created the forecast for the planning object.

Description

The textual description of the planner group.

Re Forecast Count

The number of times the generated forecast details have been modified.

Work Scope #

The number identifying the work scope for which you wish to view the details (Alphanumeric, 18)

You can enter the work scope number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work scope numbers that are similar to the number entered here.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the work scope. The system lists the following options:

  • Fresh - Select this option to view the details of work scope in the "Fresh" status.

  • Released - Select this option to view the details of a work scope in the "Released" status.

  • Cancelled – Select this option to view the details of a work scope in the “Cancelled” status.

The system leaves this field blank by default.

Part #

The part number for which the work scope is generated. (Alphanumeric, 40).

Serial #

The serial number for which the work scope is created (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the serial number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work scope numbers created for the serial number entered here.

Component #

The component number for which the work scope is created (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the component number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work scope numbers created for the component number entered here.

Work Scope Category

Use the drop-down list box to specify the user-defined category to which the work scope belongs. The system lists all the 'active' work scope categories created in the "Create Quick Codes" activity. The system retrieves all the work scope numbers of the category specified here. The system leaves this field blank by default.

Execution Unit

Use the drop-down list box to select the execution unit in which the work scope will be executed. The system lists all the organization units where the component maintenance planning can be done and the component work orders can be created. The system retrieves all the work scope numbers generated on the execution unit specified here. The system leaves this field blank by default.

Primary Work Center

The number identifying the primary work center responsible for work scope execution (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the primary work center number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work scope numbers with the primary work center number entered here.

Title

The title of the work scope (Alphanumeric, 150)

Priority

Use the drop-down list box to select the priority of the work scope. The system lists all the ‘active’ priority descriptions defined in the “Create Priority Numbers” activity of the “Common Master” business component. The system retrieves all the work scope numbers that are of the priority selected here. The system leaves this field blank by default.

Execution Unit

The execution unit in which the work scope will be executed.

Work Scope #

The number identifying the work scope.

Part #

The part number to which the component belongs.

Serial #

The serial number of the component for which the work scope is created.

Primary Work Center #

The number identifying the primary work center in which the work scope will be executed.

Title

The title given to the work scope.

Priority

The priority assigned to the work scope.

Status

The status of the work scope.

Work Scope Category

The category to which the work scope belongs.

Required Date

The latest date by which the planning object has to be available for maintenance job.

Component #

The component for which the work scope is created.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.
