Approve Visit Package – A summary of the activity
In this activity, you can approve the visit package that is already defined in the “Create Visit Package” activity. Approval of a visit package signifies the authorization of the schedules and the visit package content. Approval of the visit package is mandatory, if the “Visit Package Approval” field is set to “Yes” in the “Set Options” activity. Only visit packages that are in “Confirmed” status can be approved.
The visit package authorization status can be changed to the following in this activity:
Approved - When the visit package is approved, the approval status of the visit package changes to “Appoved”.
Returned – when the visit package is returned, the approval status of the visit package changes to “Returned”. The visit package in the “Returned” status cannot be released and it cannot be used in other activities.
