View Journal Voucher – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view the journal vouchers irrespective of their status. Based on the status selected, you can view the voucher details. You can view the vouchers of type regular, reversal, memorandum and recurring. You can view the reversal voucher details if the voucher is of type “Reversal”. You can also view reference voucher details if the voucher has been “Reversed”. In case of voucher having been passed to reverse an original transaction, you can also view the reference voucher details. You can also view the accounting information of the voucher and the computed transaction amount, base amount and the parallel base amount if the company has a parallel base currency.

The system also displays the creation and the modification history of the journal vouchers.
