Overtime claims must have been saved or submitted using the “Request for overtime claims – direct entry” activity or “Record overtime claims – direct entry” activity.
What you can do in this activity
You can use this page to look for overtime details of employees, who have not been alloted any project or department explicitly.
First, specify the employee code and time management scheduling unit to retrieve the employment details.
Second, specify the year, month, start-date and end-date of a date range, entry date, and status for retrieving the overtime records. Details pertaining to the overtime including date, day, day type, time from and time to, hours worked, break time, callback duty, various OT rates, causes for overtime, authorizer’s overtime and remarks are displayed.
You can also see the individual totals of overtime hours entitled at each of the three OT rates.
