Employee

The code and name of selected employee for whom you want to record the pre course discussion details.

Supervisor

The code and name of the supervisor

Assignment No

The number of the assignment allotted to the employee.

Program              

The short description of the training program.

Module

The short description of the module in the training program.

Course

The short description of the course.

Training No.

The sequence number of the training course.

Month / Quarter

The month or quarter during which the course is conducted.

Start Date

The start date of the selected training course.

End Date

The end date of the selected training course.

 

Conducted On

The date on which the post course review was conducted

 

Discussion Status

The current status of the discussion.

The following field is displayed in the “Performance Rating” multiline.         

Performance Target Set

The performance target set in the post course discussion.

Rating Achieved (1-5)

The rating that the employee has scored in the training course.

Remarks

Any comments on the rating that the employee scored.

The system displays the corporate KPI details in the “Corporate KPIs” multiline.

The system displays the department KPI details in the “Department KPIs” multiline.
