The following fields are displayed at the top of the page.

Employee Code

The name of selected employee for whom you want to record the pre course discussion details.

Supervisor Code

The employee code of the supervisor.

Assignment No

The number of the assignment allotted to the employee.

Program              

The name of the training program.

Module

The name of the module in the training program.

Course

The name of the course.

Training No.

The sequence number of the training course.

Month/Quarter

The month or quarter in which the course is scheduled to take place.

Start Date

The start date of the selected training calendar.

End Date

The end date of the selected training calendar.

 

Conducted On

The date on which the course was conducted.

 

Discussion Status

Current status of the discussion.

To  record / modify post course discussion details

The following fields are displayed in the “Trainee’s Comments During The Post Course Discussions” multiline.                

Learning Objectives

The purpose of the course. For example, Leadership Qualities and Time Management.

Weightage (in %)

The weightage assigned to the objective, in percentage. Example: There are three objective codes in the multiline: A1, A2 and A3. You had entered the following weightages for each objective, in the “Objective Weightage” field in the multiline: 20 for A1, 40 for A2 and 10 for A3. The system therefore takes the total as 70, and computes each objective’s weightage in percentage as follows: A1 = 28.5 %, A2= 57% and A3=14.5%

Rating Achieved

The rating awarded to the employee for the objective.

Grade

The grade assigned to each objective

Remarks

Any comments on the performance rating.

The system displays the overall rating in the “Overall Rating (in %)” field.

The system displays the corporate KPI details and the remarks in the “Corporate Key Performance Indicators” multiline.

The system displays the department KPI details and the remarks in the “Department Key Performance Indicators” multiline.
