Record Department KPI – A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you can define the KPIs (KPI) for a department. You can also modify the attributes of an earlier defined KPI or remove a KPI.
KPIs refer to parameters, which form the basis for evaluating the efficiency of an employee.
An organization defines corporate KPIs to be used as yardstick for the appraisal process for a training calendar.
A department KPI is linked to a primary corporate KPI and a secondary corporate KPI.
All the KPIs defined for a department automatically applies for employees working in that department.
You must provide the following attributes for a department KPI:
Identification Code
Short Description
Long Description
Primary corporate KPI code to which the department KPI is linked
Secondary corporate KPI code to which the department KPI is linked
Targets/achievements
Comments
You can modify the attributes of an existing department KPI or delete a KPI.
