Recording KPI for a department
Select the “Record Department KPI” option from the left pane.
The “Record Department KPI” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Employee |
The name of the employee who has logged in. |
Specify the following.
Training Calendar |
Select the required training calendar. Since it has more than one value, by default, the system displays “select” in the drop- down list box. |
The system displays the following details in the “Corporate KPI” multiline.
Corporate KPI Code |
The identification code of the corporate KPI. |
Corporate KPI Short Description |
The short description of the corporate KPI. |
Corporate KPI Long Description |
The long description of the corporate KPI. |
Remarks |
Your comments on the corporate KPI |
To create a department KPI
Select / Enter the following details in the “Department KPI” multiline.
Department |
The name of the department for which you are defining the KPI. |
Department KPI Code |
The identification code of the department KPI. |
Department KPI Short Description |
The short description of the department KPI. |
Department KPI Long Description |
The long description of the department KPI. |
Primary Corporate KPI Code |
The main corporate KPI to which the department KPI is linked. |
Secondary Corporate KPI Code |
The secondary corporate KPI to which the department KPI is linked. Note that you cannot specify the same corporate KPI in both the “Primary Corporate KPI Code” and “Secondary Corporate KPI Code” fields. |
Target details, If any |
A description of the aims of the KPI. |
Enter comments on the KPI in the “Remarks” field under the multiline.
Check the “Select” check box for the KPI that you want to save.
Select “Save” pushbutton.
To delete a department KPI
To delete specific records from the multiline, select the record and select the "Cross" icon in the multiline header.
To delete all the records in the multiline, select the “Delete” pushbutton at the bottom of the multiline.
To record remarks
Click the Book icon beside the Comments field.
A pop up window appears with previously recorded contents, if any.
Enter/modify your comments/opinion.
To save and close the pop up window, select the “OK” pushbutton.
To close the window without saving the text, select the “Cancel” pushbutton.
