Nomination for Individual Training Plan – A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you as a supervisor can plan the training schedule of your subordinates by nominating them for specific courses in a training plan during a training calendar.
Employees can also nominate themselves to various courses during a training calendar.
A training plan is a tentative draw up of the programs, modules and courses by a training administrator, that are scheduled to take place over a specified period.
You can specify the following attributes of a course in which you want to participate.
Category of the course
Corporate KPI and department KPI linked to the course
Priority of training courses, if the employee is nominated for more than one course
Month/quarter in which the course must be conducted
Based on Individual Training Plan (ITP), subordinates are intimated about the dates by which the pre-course discussion, post-course discussion and post-course review for each course must be completed. Further, the course commencement dates are also communicated to the subordinates.
You can also cancel the nominations of your subordinates in this activity.
All nominations must be authorized by a concerned authority, which is the next stage in the training process.
