Nominating for individual training plan
Select the “Nomination for Individual Training Plan” link in the “Select Employee for Individual Training Plan Nomination” page.
The “Nomination for Individual Training Plan” page appears.
The following details are displayed at the top of the page.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Employee Code |
The identification code of the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Assign. No |
The number of assignment allotted to the employee. |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit of the employee. |
Position Title |
The description of the position that the employee occupies. |
Department |
The description of the department in which the employee works. |
Job Title |
The description of the job that the employee holds. |
Grade Set |
The grade set allotted to the employee. |
Grade |
The grade allotted to the employee. |
Supervisor |
The name of the supervisor who has logged in. |
Supervisor Assignment No |
The assignment number of the supervisor. |
To identify the course for which you want to nominate/cancel nomination
Enter one or more of the following fields in the Search Criteria.
Training Calendar |
Select the required training calendar. Since it has more than one value, by default, the system displays “select” in the drop- down list box. |
Program |
To view all the program descriptions containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in PRG*, the system will display all the records having the prefix PRG. |
Module |
To view all the module codes and descriptions containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in TRG*, the system will display all the records having the prefix TRG. |
Course |
To view all the course codes and names containing specific characters, type in a starting range of these characters along with the wild card character *. For example, if you type in C*, the system will display all the records having the prefix C. |
Training No. |
The training number of the course. |
From Date |
The start date of the selected training calendar. |
To Date |
The end date of particular training calendar. |
Course Category |
From the drop-down list box, select the category to which the course belongs. |
Training Area |
From the drop-down list box, select the primary focus of training. |
Status |
From the drop-down list box, select the status of the nomination. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The following details of the courses satisfying the search criteria are displayed in the multiline: “Training Calendar”, “Program”, “Module”, “Course”, “Training No.”, “Month / Quarter”, “Start Date”, “End Date”, “Total Training Hours”.
To nominate employees
Enter the following details in the multiline.
Course Category |
From the drop-down list box, select the classification of the course. |
Corporate KPI Code |
The identification code of the corporate KPI to which the department KPI is linked for the selected training calendar. |
Department KPI |
The identification code of the department KPI that the course aims to achieve. |
Priority |
The priority of the course in comparison with other courses. |
Month/Quarter |
The month/quarter in which the course is scheduled to take place. The value that you specify in this field will override the value displayed in the field with the same name. |
Remarks |
Any comments on the nomination. |
The system automatically displays the following fields as per the values specified in the multiline: “Training Area”, “Corporate KPI Short Description” and “Nomination Status”.
Select the check box for the course for which you want to nominate nomination.
Select the “Nominate” pushbutton to nominate employees.
To cancel nomination
Select the check box for the course for which you want to cancel nomination.
Select the “Cancel Nomination” pushbutton to cancel nomination of employees.
