What you can do in this activity

Through this activity, training administrators can authorize/reject a request for replacing an employee with another in a training course.

An employee nominated for a course with any of the following statuses can be replaced with another employee: Sponsored, Enrolled and Registered. After a replacement is authorized, the status of the replacing employee is set to the status of the replaced employee.

Bond Details: Some of the training courses may require participants to sign bonds. The training department maintains these bonds; bond details including the effective period, value and recovery date are recorded.  An employee, who has undergone training, quits the organization on or before the recovery date, becomes liable to pay the bond amount to the organization.
