What you can do in this activity

Through this activity, you can define the rate of billing for the employee, project and purchase order combination. You must select the project and the purchase order. The system retrieves the details pertaining to the project and purchase order. You must select the employee code and the system retrieves the employee details. You can record the rate and the period for which the project rate definition is applicable. The rate may be applicable on an hourly basis or monthly basis depending on the basis of billing defined in the Purchase Order.

You can define multiple rates for an employee but you must ensure that dates do not overlap with any previous entry.
