Through this activity, you create external trainers for training courses.

External trainers are not employees, and belong to other organizations.

You can record the following details of external trainers.

• Trainer code and name

• Organization he/she represents

• Job he/she holds

• Postal address including the country, state and post code

• Communication details including phone, fax, mobile and email ID

• Home page address

• Detailed remarks

Mapping organization units to trainer: You can also map organization units to the external trainer. This enables the organization units to avail the information created for the external trainer. This implies that the mapped organization units can utilize the services of the external trainers for training courses.
