Viewing processed increments
Select “View Processed Increments” from left pane.
The “View Processed Increments” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date that is applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Specify the following.
Increment Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the organization unit for which you require to view the increment. Tell me more |
Increment Set ID |
The code of the increment set that you want to view. Help available |
Select the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details of the increment set:
Increment Set Description |
The name or description of the increment set |
Increment Type |
Either “Scale based” or “Non-scale based” is displayed, to indicate whether the increment amount will be based on the employee’s scale. |
Increment Pattern |
Either “Anniversary” or “Adhoc” is displayed, to indicate the frequency for assigning the increment set to the employees. “Anniversary” indicates that the increment set will update base salary after every one year from the employee’s date of joining. “Adhoc” indicates that the increment set will update the employee’s base salary at other user-defined frequencies. |
If anniversary-based
Enter the following
Increment Month |
From the drop-down list box, choose the month for which you want to view the increments. Enter the year, in the adjacent field. The system will retrieve the records of those employees whose last effective date of increment is the same as the chosen month. |
Increment Year |
The year for the specific increment month. |
If adhoc
Enter the following
Increment Effective From Date |
Enter the date from which the increment value is effective. |
Enter any or all of the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box to narrow down the search of employee records.
Employee Code |
To view the details of the increment of employees with employee codes containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these employee codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: E*, E0*. |
Grade Set Code |
To view the details of the increment of employees with grade set codes containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these grade set codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: *1, GS*12, GS*. |
Grade Code |
To view the details of the increment of employees with grade codes containing specific character, type in the starting character or characters of these grade codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Examples: *1, G*12, G*. |
Increment Effective From Date |
The Increment Effective Date from which you want to view the details of the increment. Enter the date that starts the range. |
Increment Effective To Date |
The Increment Effective Date till which you want to view the details of the increment. Enter the date that ends the range. |
Process Status |
From the drop-down list box, select the status of the increment process for which you want to view the details. The drop-down list displays the values “Processed”, “Authorized”, “Terminated”, and “Not Processed”. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the existing records, if any.
The system displays the following details in the “Processed Increment Details” multiline based on the search criteria that you specified.
Employee Code |
The unique code of the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee corresponding to the specific code. |
Assignment No. |
The assignment number of the employee. |
Last Increment Date |
The date on which the last increment was given. |
Current Base Salary |
The base salary of the employee before adding the increment amount. |
Increment Effective from Date |
The date from which the increment value will be effective. |
No. Of Increments |
The number of increments given to the employee. |
Increment Amount |
A flat amount that indicates the value of the increment set. |
New Base Salary |
The computed increment amount for the employee |
Increment Status |
One of the following values is displayed: “Processed”, “Stagnated” or “Stagnated on Increment”. “Stagnated” or “Stagnated on Increment” will be applicable only for scale based increment types. |
Include |
“Yes” or “No” will be displayed depending on whether the employee will be included for increment as selected in “Edit Processed increment Set” page. |
Reason |
Among the values defined in the "Edit Quick Codes" activity of HRMS General Masters component, one of the reasons for processing increments will be displayed. |
Remarks |
The remarks that pertain to the increment details entered for the employee. |
Process Status |
The status of the increment set processing. |
