Increment Effective From Date

From the drop-down list box choose the date on which the employee's increment will be effective.

  • "First Day" indicates  the start date of the month

  • "Last Day" indicates the last day of the month

  • "Specific Day" indicates a specific date from  which the increments will be effective. You are to specify the date in the field alongside. For example, enter 15 to indicate that the increment will become effective on the 15th day of the month

  • "Processed Day" indicates that the increments will be effective from the payroll processing date

Note: The month from which the increments will be effective is dependent on both (i) the increment month you specify in the “Process Increments” page and (ii) the effective date of the employee’s previous increment.
