View Pay Element-Account Mapping- A summary of the activity

You can view the mapping details of a specified pay element with various account numbers from General Ledger.

A pay element may be mapped to only a single account number or to multiple account numbers from the general ledger. This is determined by what was chosen for the specified pay element during the “Map Pay Element – Account” activity. For more information, refer to the topic “Map Pay Element – Account – A summary of the activity”

What You Can View: You can view the following details on the selected pay element- account mapping. Each specific organization unit, for which the pay element has been mapped with the account number.

•  Each ledger account number to which the pay element is mapped/ assigned.

• Each period for which the mapping of the pay element to the ledger account number is effective.

• Each specific category/ grade, for which the pay element has been mapped with the account number.

• The number of the general ledger/ finance book from Ramco Financials, in which this account number is maintained.
