Ensure that you are in the “Select Pay Element for viewing” page and the required Pay Element is selected.
The “View Pay Element – Accounting Mapping” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Pay Element Definition Unit |
The definition unit selected in the previous page. |
|
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the user. |
|
Pay Element Code |
The pay element selected in the previous page. |
|
Pay Element Desc. |
The description of the pay element. |
The following details are displayed of the pay element and the ledger accounts to which the pay element is mapped in the multiline.

Employment Unit |
The employment unit to which the pay element is mapped. |
|
Basis Code |
The basis code to which the pay element is mapped. |
|
Account # |
The number of the ledger account to which the pay element is mapped. |
|
From Date |
The date from which the mapping of the account number to the pay element has come into effect. |
|
To Date |
The date until which this mapping was effective. |
|
This field is normally displayed only when the account number has been unmapped from the pay element. |
|
|
Grade Set |
The grade set for which the pay element was assigned to the ledger account number. |
|
Grade |
The specific grade for which the pay element was assigned to the ledger account number. |
|
Job Costing Type |
The job costing type applicable to the account number. |
|
Finance Book |
The number of the financial book or general ledger in which the mapped account number is maintained. |
