Set Accumulators – A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you can define the values for accumulators. You can also modify the same.
Setting of Accumulators: An accumulator is a set of pay element values. It can be a rule or method that states how a computation must be carried out. The accumulator consists of one or more pay elements, in combination with mathematical operators. For example, Basic + (HRA* 50%) could be an accumulator you define to calculate the taxable income for Tax type B1. In the “Set Accumulator” activity, the pay elements to be contained in the accumulator and the mathematical operators are specified.
