Pay Element Definition Unit

Select the organization unit in which you must set accumulators. The drop-down list box displays all the organization units where you have permission to set accumulators.

Accumulator

From the drop-down list box select the accumulator that must be mapped to pay element(s). The drop-down list box will display all the accumulators defined in the quick codes component.

Monthly

Select the check box to indicate that the mapping of the pay element to the accumulator is of monthly in nature. This indicates that after payroll processing, the value of the pay element will be added to the accumulator monthly.

Quarterly

Select the check box to indicate that the mapping of the pay element to the accumulator is of quarterly in nature. This indicates that after payroll processing, the value of the pay element will be added to the accumulator after every three consecutive months of the tax year.

Yearly

Select the check box to indicate that the mapping of the pay element to the accumulator is of yearly in nature. Yearly indicates that after payroll processing, the value of the pay element will be added to the accumulator yearly.

Till Date

Select the check box to indicate that the mapping of the pay element to the accumulator is of accumulative in nature. This indicates that after payroll processing, the value of the pay element will be added to the accumulator for every process period

Pay Element Code

The code of the pay element that must be mapped to the accumulator.

Relational Operator

From the drop-down list box select the relational operator (Add/ Subtract) to the accumulator. Select “Add” to indicates that the value of the pay element must be added to the accumulator. Select “Subtract” to indicate the value of the pay element must be deducted from the accumulator.

% Of Pay Element Value
