Edit Process Period - A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you can edit the details of any process period created through the “Create Process Period” activity. It includes process periods that were automatically generated in bulk. Additionally, you can delete any process period record. See Creating a process period
Editing a Process Period: You can select a process period record and edit the process period description as well as its alias or the other name. The cut-off date for the employee attendance details for each payroll can be edited as well.
Deleting a Process Period: You can also delete the process period record. This means that you can specify that the record is to be deleted. Note that you cannot delete a process period if there exists a process period after it. This also implies that you can delete only the last process period created.

You can select a process period and modify its details.
Use the “Select Process Period to Edit” page to select a process period.
Use the “Edit Process Period” page to modify any details of the process period.

You can modify the cut-off date and pay check date for a payroll.
Use the “Select Process Period to Edit” page to select a process period.
Use the “Edit Process Period” page to modify the dates for cut-off date and paycheck date.
Delete a process period record
You can select a process period and delete the same from the database.
Use the “Select Process Period to Edit” page to select a process period.
Select the “Delete” pushbutton to delete the record from the database. Note that the system allows only the last process period to be deleted.
