View Appraisal Templates - A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to select an appraisal template and view the details of the appraisal template. Refer to Record Appraisal Templates – A summary of the activity.

Retrieving the appraisal template: You are to first retrieve the specific appraisal template record, by specifying the following combination of filters

•  One or more characters in the appraisal template code

•  One or more characters in the appraisal template description

The details of the appraisal template: You can view the following, for the retrieved appraisal template:

• A brief description of the evaluation template, as well as a more detailed        description.

• Whether the evaluation template is acive or inactive. If it is inactive, the template  cannot be retrieved and used for other transactions.

•  The code of each objective against which the appraise must be rated.

•  The short and long descriptions of this objective

• The weightage for this objective, in comparison with the other objectives in the evaluation template.

•  A conversion of this weightage to percentage.
