Viewing the details of the appraisal template

The “View Appraisal Template” page appears.

The system displays the following details of the selected appraisal template

Appraisal Setup Unit	The organization unit selected in the "Select Appraisal Template to View" page.
Date Format	The date format that is applicable to the login user. Tell me more.
Employment Unit	The employment unit selected in the "Select Appraisal Template to View" page.
Appraisal Template Code	The unique code of the appraisal template selected in the previous page.
Template Short Description	The short description of the template.
Template Long Description	The long description of the template.
Inactive	If “Yes” is displayed, this template cannot be used by other Activities If “No” is displayed, this template can be used by other Activities

The multiline displays the following details of each objective mapped to the appraisal template

Objective Group	The objective group that is mapped to the appraisal template.
Objective Type	The objective type that is mapped to the appraisal template.
Objective Code	The code of the objective that is mapped to the appraisal template.
Objective Description	The description of the objective.
Objective Detailed Description	The detailed description of the objective.
Objective Weightage	A number to indicate the weightage that is assigned to the objective, with respect to the other objectives mapped to the evaluation template.
Objective Weightage (%)	The weightage assigned to the objective, in percentage.
