Recording Nomination/Declaration Information - A summary of the activity

Through this activity you can record the nomination information pertaining to an employee. This information is recorded for use by a fund or group such as Andhra Pradesh Group Linked Insurance (APGLI), General Provident Fund (GPF), Group Insurance Scheme (GIS), etc., of which the employee is a member.
This activity includes the following tasks:
Selecting an employee
Recording the nomination details
The following Nominee details for the selected employee are required:
Nominee name
Relationship with the employee
Date of birth
Address
Percentage of share
Guardian name if the nominee is a minor
Relationship with the guardian
Employment information is fetched from the Employment Information component.
