The “Adjust Employee Leave" page appears.

The system displays the following fields from the previous page.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user.

Leave Processing Unit

The organization unit where the “Employee Leave Setup” component is deployed to process the various leave types for all the employment units interacting with it. Tell me more

Employee

The employee code and name of the employee who was selected from the multiline of the previous page

Employee Name

The name of the employee.

Click  icon to navigate to 'Employee Details' popup.

Leave Type

The code of the leave type selected in the employee record, in the previous page

Balance Units in Days

The number of leave units that are not yet availed, for the leave type in days.

Balance Units in Hours

The number of leave units that are not yet availed, for the leave type in hours.

Period From

The start date of the latest period

Period To

The end date of the latest period

The multiline displays  the following

Leave Function

Each function of leave, such as carry over or entitlement, for which the adjustment in leave units can be made

Current Units

The number of leave units availed for this function of leave, as per the current system records

Adjusted Units

The number that will indicate the difference between the current unit and the actual leave units. This number must be preceded by a + or -.

For example, if the current units for “Carry over” are 20, but it is to be incremented to 30, enter “+10” in this field.

Any remark, justification or reason pertaining to the adjustment
