Perform Applicant Joining - A summary of the activity

Through this activity, you can decide to induct applicants, whose selection has been authorized, into a training course.

The actions you can take in this final task of hire process and, their results are as follows:

• Hire – Yes: This means the applicant has completed the induction course. With this, the Employee file, Employee primary assignment and Employee compensation are automatically created. The personal details of the Employee personal information is created from the resume of the applicant.

• Hire – No: This means the  initiation of the applicant into the job is deferred for the future, though his/her selection remains valid.

The applicant status once set to “Hire –Yes” cannot be changed to “Hire – No”.
