Applicant selection is the concluding stage of the hire process. The HR user, having the necessary data level security permissions can assess the competence of an applicant for a job and decide if the applicant must be selected, rejected or waitlisted. To enable the HR user to take an informed decision with regard to which applicants are more competent for the job and hence must be selected and which of them must be either rejected or waitlisted.
