The “View External Venue” activity facilitates you to view the details of the external venue.  In this activity, you can view the following details pertaining to a specific external venue:

• The code of the venue

• The name of the venue

• The name of the organization

• The code of the organization

• The address of the venue along with the country and state

• The phone number, fax, mobile, email and home page of the venue

• The details of the infrastructure

• The comments related to the external venue

Viewing by Hire Process General Information Unit: You can choose a specific hire process general information unit, and view the list of venues identified for the process of hiring.

Viewing in another language: By default, the language is set to the one that is mapped to the organization unit.   If you want to view the details in any other language, you can select the required language from the drop-down list box.
