Hire Process General Information Unit Group |
Select the desired hire process general information unit group from which the venue records must be fetched, from the drop-down list box. |
Language |
To view all the venue records maintained in a specific language, select the specific language. From the “Language” drop-down list box, you can select any other language, to retrieve the record in the selected language. |
Use this method if you know the complete venue code.
Venue Code |
To view all the venue codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these venue codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: VEN1*, will search for those venue codes that start with VEN1. Other examples are *VEN1, VE*N1 and VEN1*. |
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the venue code. In the search criteria group box, specify the search criteria based on which the system will fetch the records.
To specify the search criteria, you can enter one or more characters that the venue code contains. Optionally, you can enter the work location and venue name to narrow your search. Search based on wild card characters is also supported.
Enter the search criteria values in some or all of the following fields.

To view all the venue names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these venue names. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get ABC Associates, type in AB*, to search for those assessor names that start with AB. Other examples are *ASSOCIATES, AB*TES, and ABC*. |

The system displays the results of the search in the following multiline.
Venue Code |
The unique code of the venue. |
Venue Name |
A name for the venue. |
Work Location |
The work location in which the venue is situated. |
Inactive |
In the main screen, if the inactive check box is not checked, then the status is displayed as “No” in this screen. If it is checked, then the status is displayed as “Yes”. |
