To create an external assessor, specify the following.
Hire Process General Information Unit |
Select the organization unit in which you must create hire process general information groups. The drop-down list box displays all the organization units where you have permission to create hire process general information groups. Tell me more. |
Assessor Code |
To view all the assessor codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these assessor codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: ASS1*, will search for those assessor codes that start with ASS1. Other examples are *ASS1, AS*S1 and ASS1*. |
Assessor Name |
To view all the assessor names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these assessor names. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Michael, type in MI*, to search for those assessor names that start with MI. Other examples are *CHAEL, MI*EL, and MICH*. |
User Name |
Specify user name for the assessor. Help available. |
Qualification |
The qualification acquired by the assessor. |
Department |
The department to which the assessor belongs in his organization. |
Organization Name |
The name of the organization. |
Experience |
The experience obtained by the assessor. |
Job |
The job of the assessor in his organization. |
Location |
The location of the organization in which the assessor works. |
If you want a particular assessor to be inactive, select the check box beside the “Inactive” field. Otherwise, you can leave the checkbox blank.
Specify the following.
Default with Assessor |
Select the required assessor name from the drop-down list box. |
Address Line 1 |
The address at which the assessor can be contacted. |
Address Line 2 |
The address at which the assessor can be contacted. |
Address Line 3 |
The address at which the assessor can be contacted. |
Country |
The name of the country. By default, the drop-down list displays “select”. You must select the required country name from the drop-down list box. |
Phone 1 |
The phone number of the assessor. |
Phone 2 |
The second phone number of the assessor, if available. |
Phone 3 |
The third phone number of the assessor, if available. |

The email address of the assessor. |
State |
The name of the state. By default, the drop-down list box displays “select”. You must select the required sate name from the drop-down list box. |
Postal Code |
The postal code of the state you selected in the drop-down list box. |
Fax |
The fax number of the assessor. |
Mobile |
The mobile number of the assessor. |
Home Page |
The home page address of the assessor. |
Comments |
Any comment about the external assessor. |
