Record Your Response - A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you can record the response details for the grievance submitted by the employee.
Employee receives grievance through e-mail: When the “Record Grievance “ activity is completed, the employees receive the grievance of the employee through e-mail.
Selecting the grievance: In this activity, you are to first select the grievance for which a response must be recorded.
Recording the response: After selecting it, you can enter the response as free text and the date of the response. You are to submit this information.
For example, the grievance of the employee could be that he is not able to access the Internet facility in the organization. The response could be that he is a trainee, and therefore should not be given access to the Internet. The system updates the response details in the “Record Your Grievance” page.
Current Status: The current status could be any one of the following:
“Submitted”. This indicates that the grievance has been submitted.
“Responded”. This indicates that the grievance has been responded
“Resolved”. This indicates that the grievance has been resolved.
