Select “Record Response Details” hyperlink to record the responses for the grievances if you have chosen Direct entry mode.
Select the hyperlinked Grievance number in the multiline if you have chosen “Search criteria” mode of entry.
The “Record Response Details” page appears
The system displays the following from the previous page
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit to which the employee belongs |
Employee |
The employee code and name of the employee |
Assignment No. |
The assignment number of the employee. |
Grievance No. |
The unique number of the grievance. |
Grievance Type |
The type of the grievance. For example the type of Grievance could be Union/Employee. |
Submission Date |
The date of submission of the grievance. |
Responded Date |
The date when the grievance was responded. |
Grievance Logged By |
The employee name of the person who logged the grievance. |
Current Status |
The status of the grievance could be any one of the following:

The grievance of the employee. |
View Attachment |
The document attached while recording the grievance can be viewed. |
Enter the following
Response Details |
Enter the response details for the grievance. |
Attach Document |
The response document to be attached. Click the icon beside the field to browse and select the file you want to attach. |
Select the “Submit” button to record the response details of the grievance. The current status of the grievance changes to “Responded”.
Select the “Delete “ button to delete the response details of the grievance.
