Any set of related activities carried out by an organization, such as, appraisal or adding a Job Requirement, is a business process. For carrying out a business process, you may need to choose certain items of information in the data entry fields. Whenever you need to enter ethnicity in any page during the business process, these values will be automatically listed. You can just choose a value instead of entering the data, thus saving time and effort. In short, quick codes make data entry easier.
