In all self-service transactions such as, applying for leave or in a span of control based activities such as, appraising subordinate’s performance, the user to the system must be recognized as an employee of the organization. Thus, the user employee mapping facilitates in recognizing the user to the system as an employee of the organization.

A user can be mapped to only one employee at a particular period of time. The users of the system are defined in the deployment workbench. The employee name and the corresponding details are defined in the ‘Employee Personal Information’ component.

Through this activity, you can view the mapping of the users  with the employees of an organization.
