User Name

To view all the user names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these user names followed by the wild card *.

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. For example, , type in EL*, to search for those user names that start with EL. Other examples are BETH, EL*TH, and ELIZ*.

Employee Code

To view all the employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee codes followed by the wild card *.

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. For example, ECC1*, will search for those employee codes that start with ECC1. Other examples are *ECC1 and EC*C1.

Employee Name

To view all the employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee names followed by the wild card *.

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. For example, type in JO*, to search for those employee names that start with JO. Other examples are *NATHAN, JO*AN, and JONATH*.

User Name

The user name of the user.

Employee Code

The unique employee code of the employee mapped to the user.

Employee Name

The name of the employee mapped to the user.

Mapping From Date

The date from which the user employee mapping is valid.

Mapping Till Date

The date till which the user employee mapping is valid. This field may be displayed as blank, if the particular user employee mapping is permanently set.
