Managing the Customer Portal
Select the “Customer Portal” link under the “Customer Portal” business component.
The “Customer Portal” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Welcome |
The name of the customer of the login user. The system displays this field by default. |
Logo |
The logo of the customer of the login user. |
Phone |
The phone number of the contact person representing the customer. |

The name of the MRO hosting the Customer Portal to customer. |
Note: The banner section remains expanded by default. Use
the
icons to collapse or expand banner.
Select the “Service Orders” tab to retrieve details pertaining to parts / aircrafts given for service.
Select the “Part Sale Orders” tab to retrieve part sale details.
Select the “Request” link section to make a request for quotation, part sale order, exchange or repair.
Select the “Inquiry” link section to view credit information of the customer and part availability.
Note: On clicking the’ Inquiry’ tab, the system displays the “View Credit Info” link. Select this link to view customer balance information. The customer of the login user will have access to the View Credit Info link only if the customer is subscribed to view customer balance information.
Select the “Manage Requests" link to navigate to Create/View Customer Requests.
