Customer Portal – A summary of the activity
Customer Portal is a single portal with a consolidated view access to relevant data pertaining to sales and services. This screen is designed to view details of all services that is, packages, work orders and part sales. customer orders in one place. The customer can be informed of the status of the customer, current jobs, approvals, pending approvals, pending requests and so on.
This activity enables the administrator to manage the login details of the customer. The admin has the provision to map user names to a customer code.
Here, the customer has information regarding the exact shipment as he has the provision to review projected completion date, promised delivery date and actual work completion date in addition to other features as given below.

Request for Quotation, Repair, Exchange, part sale order
Status of sale order, pending part sale quote approvals and pending requests
Review open jobs and approve holds on jobs that require customer authorization
