Activate / Inactivate Cost Budget – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to activate a cost budget. You can activate a cost budget that is in the “Inactive” status. The system updates the status of the cost budget to its previous status. The system also updates the login ID of the user and the system date along with the budget details.

This activity also allows you to inactivate a cost budget. You can inactivate a cost budget that is in the “Active” or “Fresh” status. The system updates the status of the cost budget as “Inactive”. The system also updates the login ID of the user and the system date along with the budget details. This activity also provides you the facility to delete the seasonal adaptation details based on which a budget can be distributed. You can also record your observations regarding the need to activate or inactivate a budget.
