Deleting seasonal adaptation details
This page allows you to delete the seasonal adaptation details that have been created. You can enter the number identifying the seasonal adaptation that you want to delete. The system retrieves the adaptation details based on the number entered. The system deletes the seasonal adaptation details. The system also stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the seasonal adaptation details.
Select the “Delete Seasonal Adaptation” link at the bottom of the “Activate / Inactivate Budget” page.
The “Delete Seasonal Adaptation” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Seasonal Adaptation Details” group box:
Seasonal Adaptation No |
A code identifying the seasonal adaptation (Alphanumeric, 9). Mandatory. The adaptation number entered in this field must be a valid adaptation number. |
Press the <Enter> key. |

The system retrieves the details of the adaptation number in the relevant fields. |

Description |
The description of the seasonal adaptation. |
The system displays the following in the “Period Details” multiline:
Accounting Period |
The code identifying the accounting period. The start date and the end date of the period will also be displayed. |
Ratio |
The proportion in which the budget must be allocated for the accounting period. |
Click the “Delete” pushbutton to delete the seasonal adaptation details.
The system deletes the seasonal adaptation details. The system also updates the login ID of the user and the system date in the “Last Modified By” and the “Last Modified Date” fields.
The system displays the following:
Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the seasonal adaptation details. |
Created Date |
The date on which the seasonal adaptation details was created. |
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the seasonal adaptation details. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the seasonal adaptation details were last modified. |
