View Kit – A summary of the activity

The “View Kit” activity enables warehouse clerks to view details of kit parts.

You can retrieve the kit part for which you want to view details using the search facility. You must specify search criteria to enable the system to find the kit part that you want to view. For example, you can search for a kit part on the basis of category, condition, part group, break/build transaction #, constituent part #, stock status, user status, description, serial # or lot #.

The “View Build Kit” page appears, if the kit part is associated with a “Build” or “Re-build” transaction. The “View Break Kit” page appears; if the kit part is associated with a “Break” transaction.
