The “Break Kit” page appears with the following details.

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The “Kit Information” group box displays the following.

Kit Break#

The number that identifies the Kit Break transaction.

Status

The status of the Kit Break transaction, such as Fresh, Confirmed or Cancelled.

Kit Category

The category of the kit part.

User Status

The user status of the kit part.

Reference Details

Additional details on the kit part.

Requested by

The employee code and name of the person who requested for the kit part.

The “Kit Part Info” group box displays the following.

Warehouse #

The warehouse that stores the kit part.

Zone #/Bin #

The zone and/or bin in the warehouse where the kit part is stored.

Kit Part #

The identification # of the kit part.

Ownership

The ownership of the kit part, such as “Internal” or “Customer”.

Serial #/Lot #

The serial # and/or lot # of the kit part.

Stock Status

The stock status of the kit part.

Condition

The operational condition of the kit part.

The “Kit Constituent Details” group box displays the following.

BOM Part #

The constituent part of the kit as defined in the “Maintain Kit Composition” activity.

Constituent Part #

The constituent part in the kit.

Quantity

The numbers of constituent part in the kit.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the constituent part.

Break Quantity

The quantity of the constituent part that must be removed from the kit part an returned to the warehouse.

Placement Zone #

The zone in the warehouse to which the break quantity of the constituent part is returned.

Bin #

The bin in the warehouse to which the break quantity of the constituent part is returned.

Remarks

Reasons for breaking the kit part.

Replenishment MR

The mode of generating material request for replenishment of deficit constituent parts, such as “Automatic” and “Manual”.

Stock Status

The stock status of the constituent part.

Condition

The operational condition of the constituent part.

Serial #

The serial # of the constituent part of the kit.

Mfr. Serial #

The serial # of the constituent part as allotted by the manufacturer.

Lot #

The lot # of the constituent part of the kit.

Mfr. Lot #

The lot # of the constituent part as allotted by the manufacturer.

The manufacturer of the constituent part.

Cancellation Comments

Reasons for cancellation of breakup of the kit, if breakup of the kit has been cancelled.

The code and name of the employee who built the kit for the first time.

Created Date

The date on which the kit was built for the first time.

Last Modified by

The code and name of the employee who most recently modified the kit.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the kit was most recently modified.
