In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Date

The date that has to be defaulted in the “Start Date” or “End Date” fields in the multiline. Data entry in this field is mandatory if a value is selected in the “Default As” field. If the “Job Status” of the work order or task is “Reversed”, ensure that the date entered in this field is earlier than the “Closed Date” of the work order.

Default As

Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the date entered in the “Date” field is to be defaulted for “Start Date” or “End Date”. Leave this field blank if you do not wish to specify the default date details. You have to compulsorily select a value in this field if the “Date” field is entered. The system leaves this field blank by default.

Note: If the starting or ending date fields for the tasks are left blank in the multiline, the system sets the “Date” entered here in the respective multiline column. This type of updation is done, when several tasks in the multiline have the same starting or ending date.

Data entry in this field is mandatory if the “Task #” field is entered, and if the “Date” and “Default As” field is left blank.

End Time

The time by which the task execution was completed (Time Format). If the “Start Date” and “End Date” are the same, the “End Time” must be later than the “Start Time”.

Note: For each task in the multiline, among the three values “Start Date/Time”, “End Date/Time” and “Actual Duration”, if any two of the values are provided, the system automatically calculates the third value based on the details from the “Time Management” or “Common Master” business component.

Ensure that for each task specified in the “Task #” field, any of the above-mentioned fields are given.
