Using this tab, you can update the aircraft coverage details.

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft. (Alphanumeric, 30). Ensure that the value entered here is a valid aircraft registration number defined in the “Aircraft” business component.

Manufacturer Serial #

The manufacturer serial number of the aircraft. (Alphanumeric, 40). Ensure that the value entered here is a valid manufacturer serial number of aircraft defined in the “Aircraft” business component.

The system displays the following fields:

Model #

The model number of the aircraft.

Induction Date

The date on which the aircraft was inducted.

Operational Date

The date on which the aircraft is put to operation.

Warranty Start Date

The date from which  the aircraft warranty is effective. (Date Format). Data entry in this field is mandatory, if the aircraft registration number or manufacturer serial number is specified. The date entered in this field must be equal to or later than the Agreement Valid From Date.

Duration

The duration of the aircraft warranty. (Decimal). Ensure that a positive value greater than zero is entered here.

Duration Units

Use the drop-down list box to specify the unit in which the warranty duration is specified. The system lists the options “Days”, “Months” and “Years”. By default, the system displays “Years”.

Warranty End Date

The date until which the aircraft warranty agreement is effective. (Date Format). Ensure that this date is greater than the Warranty Start Date and less than or equal to the Agreement Valid To Date.

If this date is not entered, the system calculates the Warranty End Date as the sum of the Warranty Start Date and the Duration

Note: Ensure that a value is entered in the Warranty End Date or Duration, if the Warranty Start Date is specified.

Flight Hours Limit

The limit defined for the warranty based on flight hours of the aircraft. (Decimal). Ensure that a positive value greater than zero is entered here.

Flight Cycles Limit

The limit defined for the warranty based on flight cycles of the aircraft. (Integer). Ensure that a positive integer greater than zero is entered here.

File Name

The file name of the document that is used to refer the aircraft coverage details. (Alphanumeric, 256).

Any remarks regarding the aircraft coverage.  (Alphanumeric, 2000).

Note: Ensure that at least one record is selected in the multiline.

To proceed carry out the following:
