Note: The “Maintenance Object” drop-down list box defaults values based on the ‘Defaults & Preference’ option set in the “User Preference” business component.

Aircraft Details

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of aircraft.

Help facility available.

The system displays the following:

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of aircraft is displayed here.

Aircraft Model #

The model of the aircraft.

Mfr. Serial #

The manufacturer serial of the aircraft.

Aircraft Status

The status of the aircraft which could be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Ownership

The ownership type of the aircraft, which could be “Owned”, “Leased”, “Leased Out” or “Customer”.

Component Details

PN/SN/Comp #

The part number / serial number / component number.

Help facility available.

The system displays the following:

Component #

The code identifying the component.

Part #

The part number of the component.

Serial #

The serial number of the component.

Component Status

The status of the component.

Ownership

The ownership type of the component which could be “Owned”, “Supplier” or “Customer”.

Aircraft / Component Configuration tree structure

On clicking the ‘Get’ pushbutton in the header, the system displays a tree structure with ‘Aircraft Reg #’ or ‘Component #’ as the root folder based on the Maintenance Object selected. Under the root folder, the system displays the child folders ‘ATA #’ (All ATA# available in the first level configuration) or Zone # or without any grouping  for components based on option set in “User Preference” business component, Piece Part folder (piece part defined for the Aircraft and its assembly) and ‘Draft’ folder. These child folders will be collapsed by default.

On clicking a node in the tree, the latest configuration details of the selected node are retrieved and displayed in the multiline.

The tree structure is as follows:

-  Aircraft Reg # || Aircraft Model # (Component # is displayed if Maintenance object is set as “Component)

-  ATA # / Zone # / (This node is optional for components based on the User Preference option)

Position Code || Part # || Part Description || Serial # || Component # (If Component is attached)

-  Draft

Position Code || Part # || Part Description || Empty || Empty (If Component is not attached)

- Piece Parts

            Part # :: Part Desc. :: Qty.

Note: The ‘Piece Parts’ folder is displayed both at the aircraft and the child part till the applicable leaf level, if the piece parts are defined for both aircraft and child parts.
