Managing shop work orders
Select the “Shop Quick Actions Hub” activity under the “Shop Work Order” business component.
The “Shop Quick Actions Hub” page appears.
To retrieve the shop work order you want to work with, enter Shop Work Order # in the Work Order input box. Help facility also available.
Alternately, click the icon to
scan the barcode of the work order. The
“Manage Your Smart Actions” page appears. You can perform any barcode
action on the shop work order in this screen.
Note: The work order you want to work with must be in one of the following statuses only- Planned, In-Progress or Completed as Shop Quick Actions Hub is built only for SWO in executable status for quick actions.
High Level Data view of SWO #
The supervisors can view critical data including completion % of a SWO, progress health and the closure readiness for the SWO #. T in this screen. This will aid in the evaluation the execution of the SWO #

The Shop Quick Actions Hub page displays details of the chosen shop work order. Note that the work order details may differ based on the job type as illustrated in the table below:

The process parameter "Default view for loading Shop Quick Actions Hub” under the entity type Shop Work Order Type and the entity All User Defined Work Order Types in the Define Process Entities activity of Common Master sets the tab that must appear by default on launch of the Shop Quick Actions Hub page.

The following table illustrates how the process parameter value determines the display order of the cards on launch of the page.

Click the icon
to open the “Search” section.
Enter Task #/ Discrepancy #/ Description/ Status/ Type/ Exec. Comments in the Search Criteria input box to retrieve respective multiline search results.
Select the “Show Completed Task” check box to retrieve the Completed tasks in addition to Planned/ In-Progress tasks and Under Resolution discrepancies in the multiline.
Process Parameter dependency: The “Show Completed Task” check box remains selected by default, on launch of the tab, if the process parameter “’Show Completed Task' checkbox on loading of Shop Quick Actions Hub?” under the entity type Show Work Order Type and the entity “All user defined Work Order Type” is set as 1 for Yes in the Define Process Entities activity of Common Master.
Click the “Get” pushbutton or press 'Enter' key to retrieve tasks with attribute values similar to the text you have entered in the Search input box.
Data Display in multiline
The multiline displays the following details of the tasks and/or discrepancies from the selected shop work order.

A tree representation of the tasks / discrepancies in their hierarchical order in the work order. You can click on the required nodes to display/ hide the next level of hierarchy. Process parameter dependency: The tree representation appears only if the process parameter "Show tasks & discrepancies in a hierarchical view in Shop Quick Actions Hub multiline?” under the entity type Shop Work Order Type and the entity “All user defined work order types” in the Define Process Entities activity of Common Master is set as 1 for Yes. However, if "Show tasks & discrepancies in a hierarchical view in Shop Quick Actions Hub multiline?” is set as 0 for No, the tasks and discrepancies are displayed in the increasing order of Seq. # without any hierarchy in the multiline. |

Print Reports:
Select the report that you wish to generate from the “Print Report” drop-down list box. The reports can be directly generated from shop Quick Actions Hub for the selected work order.
